Global impact.
My coaching and supervision clients are from all over the world, nearly 40 countries and counting. As a current expat living in Europe (having also worked and/or lived in North America, Asia, and Africa), I bring a depth of human understanding that few other thinking partners can provide.
How futures have changed.
All of my supervision clients regularly attend supervision to learn, recharge, assess, or improve themselves alongside their coaching practices. Here are some of the outcomes that they have realized through supervision.
Grew a deeper, richer presence to oneself and others in the coaching process.
Developed the ability to respond more effectively when coaching sessions do not flow.
Faced difficulties around being with emotions, both one’s own and client emotions.
Adopted a significantly slower working pace, not only in working within oneself but also when working with coaching clients.
Expanded on existing or new coaching interventions.
Identified and modified personal behaviors (e.g. people-pleasing, over-achieving, rescuing, etc.) that negatively impacted client outcomes.
Faced challenging ethical dilemmas given overlapping systems.
Strengthened boundaries and contracting (both written and psychological) with clients.
Increased ability to work more effectively with resistance and doubt.
Converted patterns in coaching to growth opportunities for both coach and client.
Further developed the ability to give, receive, and utilize feedback to catalyze change.
Discovered business growth and development opportunities for their coaching practice.
Found a clearer understanding of who has responsibility for what in the coaching process.
Discovered how prior professional identities were impacting coaching performance.
Grew the ability to be with what emerges.
And so much more…!
What some of my clients say.
“Thank you, Lora, for the gentle introduction to supervision and for showing the possibilities and value this work can add to my coaching. You welcomed each thought and question with equal interest and attention and, through your responses, showed me how to turn some of the theoretical possibilities into practical solutions. I appreciate the openness and candidness in our chats; it normalized the 'what ifs' and 'what could be' in a beautifully gentle way. The relationship one has with a supervisor is an important element of the work, and you demonstrated what that looks like. Thank you for going on this journey with me and I look forward to continuing our time together.”

“I know Lora for a long time and have been working with her in various roles - she has been my practice colleague, my coach and my coaching supervisor. What I love about working with her is her ability to create a space bubble that stops time and dissolves distances. This allowed me to look honestly, kindly and objectively at my practice, my self work and what needs my attention.
If you are a professional coach looking to refine and better your practice, Coaching Supervision is one of the best routes to take and having Lora as your companion will expand your views on how your life impacts your practice, what might your clients not say to you and how to go about dilemmas we all encounter in our work.
Thank you Lora for the beautiful experience, cannot wait to continue our journey together!”
